Fire and life safety and code consultants
We help teams navigate the complexities of existing construction and new innovation while achieving regulated levels of life safety.
People-first engineering solutions
That means technical interpretations and engineering judgments that support life-safety and keep architectural vision alive. It also means we care about the value of your complex, heritage, or other outside-the-box project.
We don’t just hand back drawings, we’re collaborative partners who problem-solve alternative approaches as part of your team.
Power in the process
We are experienced advocates, able to negotiate with building officials regarding the building code on your behalf.
We never cut corners. We do use fire science to protect your architectural vision and achieve compliance in alternative ways from some standard building code requirements.
